Refund Policy

All laser hair removal treatments and packages purchased at Studio V are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of laser treatments, results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Packages must be used within the specified time frame and are non-transferable. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; failure to do so or missing an appointment may result in the loss of that session.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are granted at our sole discretion. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.
